4-  Include An Athletic Resume

Along with your letter, you want to include your athletic resume.  Your resume should include your contact information, your coaches contact information, your height  and weight, your key stats, and some of your key accomplishments on the court or field.

To give yourself the best chance of being recruited, you will need to make sure your athletic recruiting letters get read.  If you do a good job with your letters, you are then marketing and promoting yourself to coaches and that is how you can make your goal of playing at the next level has a good chance of becoming a reality.  These coaches will be glad to hear from you if you have the skills and talent to play at their level of competition.
